Tapping into the growing trend of day raves, Birchella is a high-energy dance fitness class led by a top-level instructor, set to live DJ dance music.

This is nostalgia-fueled rave fitness – high impact choreography matched to club bangers to release feelgood endorphins whilst working the mind and body at the same time, all within the incredible venue at No 90 Hideout, Hackney Wick in London.

Please wear comfortable workout attire – TRAINERS ARE MANDATORY. (So is attitude, energy, a sense of fun and be prepared to step out of your comfort zone!)

Participant Waiver:

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in a fitness class and understand that physical exercise, by its nature, carries certain inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, strain, discomfort, and even the possibility of serious injury or death. Participants will therefore assume all risks and responsibility for any such injuries or other medical incidents.

2. You represent that you are physically fit to participate in the event and have no medical conditions or concerns that would prevent your safe participation, or have consulted and obtained medical clearance to participate. You also consent to receiving medical treatment as necessary resulting in your participation.

3. You grant permission for Birchella to take and use photographs and videos for promotional purposes without compensation. Should you wish not to be featured, please contact a member of the Birchella team.
