On Saturday 7th February, we welcome Fumiya Tanaka back to London for his first all night long in the city since 2018. This next chapter lands at Number 90 Hideout for an evening of precision, patience and proper dance floor focus. Tickets are expected to move very fast. +++

Tapping into the growing trend of day raves, Birchella is a high energy dance fitness class led by a top-level instructor, set to live DJ dance music. This is nostalgia-fuelled rave fitness – high impact choreography coupled with club bangers, to release feel-good endorphins while working mind and body, all at our incredible venue, No 90 Hideout, Hackney Wick.
Please wear comfortable workout attire – TRAINERS ARE MANDATORY if you’re participating – so is attitude a sense of fun, and be prepared to step outside your comfort zone!
