Tapping into the growing trend of day raves, Birchella is a high energy dance fitness class led by a top-level instructor, set to live DJ dance music. This is nostalgia-fuelled rave fitness – high impact choreography coupled with club bangers, to release feel-good endorphins while working mind and body, all at our incredible venue, No 90 Hideout, Hackney Wick.

Please wear comfortable workout attire – TRAINERS ARE MANDATORY if you’re participating – so is attitude a sense of fun, and be prepared to step outside your comfort zone!
