When we first started QHP, it was just us, some shimmer curtains, a cardboard cutout of Susan Boyle, and a dream…
Since then, Queer House Party has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined – and we’ve had the absolute joy of working with some of our heroes, as well as over 200 incredible queer artists along the way.
But every now and then, we miss those early nights – a packed-out room, no fancy production, just big tunes, our people, a whole lot of sweat and the DIY energy we’ve always loved (and tried to hold on to).
So, as part of our fifth birthday celebrations, we’re going back to our roots for one night only:
QHP ALL NIGHT LONG
Harry Gay, Passer, and Taali behind the decks from start to finish. Expect wall-to-wall bangers, silly little outfits, big feelings, bad decisions, and maybe even a surprise guest or two…

VENUE:
We host our parties at No. 90 Hackney Wick, and this party will be in The Hideout only. No. 90 Hackney Wick is easily accessible via the Overground.
ACCESS + WELFARE:
No. 90 is a wheelchair-accessible venue. As this event has no performances, we’ll have no BSL interpreters and no hearing induction loop will be installed. We have a welfare team, with one member trained in BSL. Free tickets are available for carers and personal assistants (PAs). If you have any questions, please email us at queerhouseparty@gmail.com.
TICKETS AND GUEST LIST:
Queer House Party is for everyone, but trans people to the front! We’ve worked hard to keep ticket prices affordable. Tickets are on a sliding scale from £5–£15. If cost is still a barrier for you, send us a message and we’ll add you to our free list.
- Low-income Tickets: These are for those receiving Universal Credit or equivalent, working-class students, and people earning minimum wage. They are limited, so please be mindful before purchasing.
- Standard Tickets: These are for those on a salary, students, comfortable freelancers, or those who are “skint atm” but have some savings.
- Solidarity Tickets: These tickets are for those financially stable enough that rent and bills aren’t a daily struggle (this could be you—take a moment to reflect!).
- Pay It Forward: We have an extensive Guest List reserved for people who can’t afford to buy a ticket to Queer House Party. Buying one of these tickets will allow someone who couldn’t otherwise attend QHP to join our Guest List.
- Guest List and Discount Codes: If none of these options work for you, our guest list is reserved for people who can’t afford ticket prices. Email us at qhptickets@gmail.com, and we’ll sort it out—no need to disclose any personal details about your situation.
- Carer and Support Worker Tickets: Your ticket is free if you are coming as a support worker for a ticket holder.
- VIPS: If you consider yourself a VIP, this probably isn’t the party for you.
- Refund Policy: To help keep our ticket prices affordable, we don’t offer any refunds. However, you’re welcome to sell your ticket on.
Queer House Party is all about celebrating everybody, no apologies, no filters. This is your space to be loud and 100% you. Mutual respect is a must, and consent isn’t up for debate. We’re here to build each other up and tear down anything that gets in the way of feeling safe and free.
Zero Tolerance Policy on Harassment and Discrimination
At Queer House Party, we are committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other personal characteristic. Anyone engaging in such behaviour will be asked to leave immediately. Consent is vital and non-negotiable.
Security & Welfare Team
We have a dedicated welfare team from Safe Only on hand all night. If you experience or witness any of the behaviours detailed above, please report to the welfare team or the venue’s security as soon as possible.
Substance Policy
We encourage responsible alcoholic drinking and plenty of hydration. Our bar serves a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options to suit all preferences. If you think you’ve had too much, reach out to our welfare team, who will be able to help. Aggressive or unsafe behaviour towards anyone will not be tolerated.
Entry Policy
You must bring your ID for entry. We also reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone whose actions or attitudes conflict with these values, ensuring that our event remains a welcoming environment for all.
