Eat Your Own Ears Presents: Cosmo’s Midnight

COSMO’S MIDNIGHT have developed a sound and production style that has made them one of Australia’s most celebrated duos.

Since their inception, the brothers Cosmo and Patrick Liney have chased a shared hunger for experimentation and playfulness within the dance and pop worlds, culminating in a strong body of work that has solidified Cosmo’s Midnight as formidable champions of Australian-made electronic music.

There’s something naturally immersive about the sonic realm Cosmo’s Midnight creates with each project. Fusing both electronic and groove-based influences; speaking to both brothers’ own unique flair.

Across their albums What Comes Next (2018) and the ARIA-nominated Yesteryear (2020), Cosmo’s Midnight have flexed significant production and writing chops – speaking to the DIY beginnings, and expansion of creative vision as their confidence and natural dynamic as musical partners has also grown over the years.

This dynamic has once again shone, with the creation of Cosmo’s Midnight’s third studio album, Stop Thinking And Start Feeling – featuring collaborators including Franc Moody, Forest Claudette, spill tab, Tkay Maidza, and KUČKA, marking a confident evolution in songwriting and sound.

Having also collaborated with global artists including BTS and NCT Dream, and remixed tracks for Flume, HONNE, and GoldLink. Cosmo’s Midnight are always evolving.

At the heart of the night, Chicago house music pioneer Joe Smooth headlines the House Room, bringing the authentic sound that helped shape dance music culture worldwide.

Joining him from Chicago, talented artist Irene Michaels will mesmerise you with her voice. Also from the UK, talents such as Wade Teo and Mike Anderson will be delivering deep grooves, driving rhythms, and timeless house music vibes.

Across the venue, the Techno Room pushes things darker and heavier with an international lineup featuring legendary London DJ Colin Dale, Germany’s Maedon, Canada’s Teknobrat, Italy’s Guido Nemola, and UK selector Dave Miller—bringing powerful underground techno sounds from across the globe.

Presented by MCJT Promotions, this two-room experience unites house and techno communities for one unforgettable night.

In October, we’re returning to a warehouse in Hackney Wick. It’s been a while. The venue has changed, so have we. We can’t wait to experience the space again with fresh eyes and a new approach.

OUR BIGGEST PARTY TO DATE!

On Friday 9th October, we connect with 550 of you for our biggest and best party to date at the renowned Number 90 (Bar), having hosted some of the biggest and best DJS in the scene, we’re delighted to bring our sound, energy and vibrations to one of Londons hottest dancefloors.

Having just been refurbed, we’re already bursting with excitement!

As our family grows, we cant wait to welcome all of our new and old friends to the community as we continue on our mission to be one of Londons most sought after parties!

If you haven’t been to our events before, expect a room full of happy dancing souls, tuning in to what makes them groove. A dancefloor for everyone!

Our sound is influenced from parties such as Sunwaves, FUSE Ldn, Wiggle, Creche, Half baked, hot creations and everything else good! With the driving factor in our party being to be able to bring back that golden era of proper parties. From deep house sounds in the early and late 2000s and 2010s in ibiza to that raw deep/tech/minimal house and garage sound in London.
Ultimately we play what we love but only that good good stuff 😉

We cant wait to party with you all soon!

Its Free Entry so of course we have more tickets on allocation than capacity due to dropouts so in the case of it hitting that allocation, we’d advise to get down early to avoid standing in a 1 in 1 out queue! SLATE is a cultural collective born in Milan from the techno scene, using music as a starting point for a wider dialogue across genres, disciplines, and artistic practices. Through events, content, and artistic projects, SLATE creates spaces where sound, art, and thought meet, bringing music beyond the club and into the city’s cultural fabric.

Lobster will make his Elata debut, bringing with the Amsterdam’s sound and energy for which might be an epic moment.

After three years, Elata will finally welcome its first vinyl-only artist, Olivia Mendez. We are extremely proud to welcome one of our favourite vinyl artists to Elata to celebrate this milestone.

Pierce will make his highly anticipated UK debut, bringing his powerful rhythm.

With his unique signature sound, Mathys Lenne will deliver a immersive dancefloor experience and create a sophisticated atmosphere.

Following two successful releases together, Ketch and Hertz Collision will share the decks for a highly anticipated b2b set.

Armando and Ikiir, founder of the Milan based Slate collective will deliver their first ever set in London.

All our residents: Deranged, TAARIS, James Harbrecht, H Grade, Gizzi, Markellos and 1BYAKKO will be joining this very special edition, as well as our founders: Aniaef and Ylia.

As you know, the timetable will not be revealed. We also want to ensure a great atmosphere and space on the dance floor. Tickets are limited, and we may refuse entry if you do not have a ticket. We strongly recommend that you buy a ticket in advance; otherwise, entry will likely be refused.
